二 | 万泰生物公告显示，捐赠实施前，钟睒睒直接持有公司 17.71% 股份，并通过控股股东养生堂有限公司持有 55.82% 股份，合计持股 73.53%。捐赠完成后，其直接持股比例降至 15.10%，合计持股比例降至 70.92%（总股本数据截至公告披露日）。本次捐赠不会导致公司控制权发生变化。
